Repeat Prescription Requests at Guildhall Surgery

The Guildhall & Barrow Surgery co-ordinates the ordering of over 20,000 prescription items per month. In order to improve the service provided to patients the following methods are now available for routine repeat prescriptions (at Guildhall):

1. Repeat prescription ordering at time of collection –

Simply complete your repeat slip at the time of prescription collection & your prescription/medication will be ready for collection in 28 days. No phone call or other contact method needed.

2. Online prescription ordering –

Please see below for details on how to login or contact the surgery for an Systmone online login (for data protection reasons collection of login details from surgery & proof of ID is mandatory). Please also use the How to access online ordering guide once login details have been obtained
