The Guildhall & Barrow Surgery is an established NHS General Practice providing high quality primary medical care services for Bury St Edmunds & the surrounding area. About us

We are a NHS General Practice situated in the centre of the historic cathedral town of Bury St. Edmunds, with a branch surgery in the village of Barrow, 7 miles to the west, in the heart of rural West Suffolk.

Urgent medical conditions can be seen within 24 hours by a Doctor, Nurse Practitioner or Practice Nurse.

Our staff are working very hard to answer phone calls but we are experiencing queues at peak times. To ensure those most in need can speak to us quickly, please only call the surgery to book appointments or if you require an urgent response to a query.

General Practice continues to see an increase in demand following the COVID-19 pandemic and we urge our patients to read the following advice before contacting us.
